Job Description
Are you ready to take on a legal and compliance role in a dynamic and highly successful hedge fund in Hong Kong? Our client is looking for a self-starter with solid experience in asset management/hedge fund/PE fund to be responsible for the legal and compliance function.
Requirements
You should have at least 5 years’ relevant experience ideally gained in both a law firm and an asset management company. Familiarity with the Securities and Futures Ordinance, Companies Ordinance, and Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rules and related requirements are also essential and strong knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC financial markets is highly advantageous. Candidates need to be fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin for the role. REF: 15879/VTA
