Haiwen announced it had appointed Bao Han as an international partner and head of the law firm’s private wealth practice in Shanghai. Bao joins the firm from Zhong Lun Law Firm’s Shanghai and Hong Kong offices, where she was a partner. She has also previously worked at Clifford Chance and Fangda.
