Haiwen boosts asset management practice

Haiwen & Partners has added Tang Xue as a new partner to its Shanghai office from Jingtian & Gongcheng, where she was also a partner. Tang’s focus area is developing investment funds, and she has worked in private equity investment management for 10 years. Haiwen anticipates her experience in domestic and overseas fund establishment, asset management, private equity and venture capital will enhance the law firm’s comprehensive service capabilities.
