Goodwin appointed Phil Culhane and Elyn Xing as partners in the global private investment funds practice in its Hong Kong office.
Culhane and Xing previously worked together at an international law firm. Culhane has more than 30 years of experience in advising on the formation of private investment funds, with particular expertise representing Asia-based alternative asset managers, from startup funds to established multi-strategy firms.
Xing specialises in advising sponsors of private investment funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts, covering numerous sectors and strategies including debt, energy, growth capital and emerging markets funds.
