Job Description
Our client, a top tier global bank, is seeking a senior lawyer who will play a significant leadership role in their China onshore wholesale bank. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business, and the successful candidate will be an integral part of the leadership team.
Requirements
To comply with current PRC regulations, candidates with minimum 6 years’in-house experience is required. Experience handling derivatives, supporting commercial banking, and related products is essential. PRC legal qualification is required, and an additional foreign law degree is highly desirable but optional. You must have excellent English, both written and oral. REF: 16221/VTA
