Hong Kong-based dispute resolution firm Gall has recruited three senior people to enhance the firm’s non-contentious employment, professional negligence and shareholder dispute capabilities.
Jennifer Van Dale from Baker & McKenzie, partner Michael Withington from Herbert Smith Freehills and registered foreign lawyer Caroline McNally from Farrer & Co in London have all joined Gall’s team.
Van Dale headed Baker & McKenzie’s Hong Kong employment practice, and the firm believes her depth of knowledge in the non-contentious field perfectly compliments the firm’s contentious practice.
