Job Description
Our client, a tier-1 investment funds practice with a long presence in Greater China, is seeking a mid to senior-level lawyer to join their Hong Kong office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with the best and gain great exposure and understanding of all aspects of Funds work. You will advise on structuring, establishing, and promoting a full range of investment funds, including private equity and real estate funds, hedge funds, and transactional funds.
