Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to join one of the premier names in RMB funds in Beijing or Shanghai. We are working with a highly regarded investment funds team seeking a junior to mid-level Funds Lawyer to support their busy operation. The team mainly advises fund managers and institutional investors as well as administrators, custodians, and other service providers on the full range of investment fund products and vehicles and regulatory compliance matters.
Requirements
Ideally, you hold over 2 years’ PQE gained at a leading PRC/international law firm or funds house, along with a solid experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting funds. You must have fluent English and Mandarin skills for the role. REF: 16312/VTA
