Sensing a gap in the energy and infrastructure space, HSA Advocates partner Ajoy Halder has left to establish his own firm Halder & Associates in New Delhi.

“The intention is to plug that gap by providing high-quality legal service with partner-level attention on a continuous basis,” Halder told India Business Law Journal. “I am very glad that I took this decision to start a law practice. Having worked as a senior lawyer in infrastructure and energy space extensively in India and abroad, I feel this is the right time to start my own practice.”
Halder joined HSA Advocates in 2016 from Pinsent Masons in Singapore, where he worked as a senior associate. He has been practising for over 13 years and worked in the above-mentioned practice areas in Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
