Job Description
This world-renowned auto manufacturer is seeking a seasoned compliance professional with substantial export control experience to take up a regional responsibility based in Shanghai. You will be responsible for ensuring all the company’s business activities comply with the applicable export controls regulations across the Asia Pacific region.
Requirements
You ideally have over 5 years’ compliance experience in handling global export controls and sanctions in the region, preferably with an MNC or an international law firm. Strong knowledge of Chinese dual-use export controls regulations, US export regimes, and EU and US sanctions is highly desirable. You must have excellent communication and presentation skills plus fluent English and Mandarin languages for the role. REF: 16013/VTA
