Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an equity capital markets lawyer to join a growing corporate team. Our client is a Red Circle law firm with a strong PRC corporate client base and is seeking a well-versed and experienced ECM lawyer to join their Hong Kong office.
Job Requirements
- Ideally, you are Hong Kong qualified with 4-6 years’ PQE in equity capital markets with international law firms.
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory. REF: 16797/VTA
