Job Description
Our client, a leading crypto trading and technology firm, is looking for a junior to mid-level ECM Lawyer to join its Singapore, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, or Shanghai office. You will provide legal advice and support on their US IPO or capital markets transactions, review and negotiation of legal documents, and risk assessment and solutions.
Requirements
We are interested in US/Common Law qualified lawyers with 3-5 years’ experience working as an associate at a capital markets team on the US side of a top-tier international law firm. Fluent English skills are necessary; Mandarin Chinese is a bounce but not essential. REF: 16587/VTA
