
Clyde & Co announced that Lynia Lau has joined the firm’s energy and infrastructure team as a partner in Hong Kong.

Lau trained and qualified as a lawyer at Herbert Smith and joins Clyde & Co from Mallesons Stephen Jacques, where she was special counsel and a key member of the energy, resources and projects team in Hong Kong. Prior to working in private practice, she worked in senior management roles at Sinopec and BP Amoco in Hong Kong.
Lau has more than 20 years of legal and commercial experience in the oil, gas, power, mining, clean energy and infrastructure sectors with a strong focus on outbound investment work for major Chinese state-owned groups.
