Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a young, dynamic, and forward-thinking practice in Asia from a base of Hong Kong. Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is now looking to recruit a Mid-level Employment Associate.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be PRC qualified with 3-4 years’ PQE in labour and employment law in a leading law firm. Candidates with experience in practicing employment law, including labour arbitration and litigation in Shanghai, are preferred. An LLM from a top-tier law school and legal qualification in other jurisdictions are highly desirable. Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory. REF: 16326/VTA
