SNR Denton has announced that Mitchell Dudek has joined the firm as a partner in its corporate practice, and Alex Wang has joined as a partner in its real estate practice. Both Dudek and Wang join from Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker, where Dudek was previously chairman of the firm’s Shanghai office.
According to SNR Denton, other lawyers and professionals will join Dudek and Wang when they have worked out a short notice period. The firm currently operates as Brandt Chan & Partners in Hong Kong, pending regulatory approval.
SNR Denton was formed by the merger in 2010 between US law firm Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal and English law firm Denton Wilde Sapte.
