Dorsey & Whitney has recruited Frank Hong to its corporate group in Shanghai to enhance inbound and outbound work for the firm.
Hong’s practice focuses on advising multinational corporations on Chinese inbound direct investment as well as domestic Chinese companies on outbound investment and doing business abroad, especially in the US.
He was previously a senior partner in the Shanghai office of Long An Law Firm. “Frank Hong is an incredibly talented and respected lawyer with a great base of clients in China and abroad,” said Dorsey’s managing partner, Ken Cutler.
