DOCVIT Law Firm hires Wu Xinwu as a Haikou-based partner to boost its investment, financing and M&A business.
With 25 years of experience as a lawyer, Wu, who practised at Kejie Associates and the San Francisco office of King & Wood Mallesons, specialises in investment and financing, M&A, corporate risk management, real estate and construction, and handling cross-border issues.
Prior to DOCVIT, Wu was the China in-house counsel of Metro Cash & Carry and the director of the investment and legal compliance department at Airport City Development.
