Mergers and acquisitions expert Fang Xin joins the Hong Kong office of DLA Piper as a partner in its corporate practice.
Fang, who previously practised at Mayer Brown, specialises in advising on cross-border M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions across the Asia-Pacific region.
DLA Piper said the addition of Fang will help promote the development of the firm’s Asian M&A business in the long term.
Mergers and acquisitions are one of DLA Piper’s main businesses as the firm said it had completed more than 7,000 M&A deals between 2010 and 2021, which had been the most globally.
