Job Description
A reputable regional financial institution is looking for a Director – Legal Counsel to join their team in Hong Kong. This role will be assisting the Head of Legal on all legal matters relating to the business units of corporate finance / ECM / private equity / company secretary matters. Most notably handling all matters relating to IPO sponsor, underwriting activities and IFA. ABLJ8769
Requirements
A good level command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
