DaHui Lawyers has hired Greg Guo and Gong Jiawen as partners based in Shanghai and Beijing, respectively.
Guo focuses on capital markets, corporate and M&A, and private equity business. He advised on Alibaba’s Hong Kong IPO and Ant Group’s IPO in mainland China and Hong Kong. Guo was previously a counsel at Fangda Law Firm.
Gong joined from Jia Yuan Law Offices where he was a partner focusing on M&A and restructuring, domestic securities issuance and listing. He has acted in cases such as Sinoma International going public, Avic Aircraft’s restructuring and BNBM’s M&A.
