Covington & Burling has recruited an employment expert in response to the increasing needs of its clients in China.
Grace Chen has joined Covington as of counsel in its Beijing office. She has more than 15 years of experience working at international law firms in China, advising multinational companies on a range of issues relating especially to employment law and employee benefits.
Chen is also experienced in advising technology companies in the media, information technology, life sciences and clean-technology sectors in China.
