Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an international law firm who are seeking a mid- to senior-level lawyer to grow with their continually developing business needs in China. Your work will focus on advising state-owned enterprises on compliance issues related to Hong Kong listings, takeovers, and public M&A matters.
Job Requirements
- Ideally, you have a Hong Kong or US qualification with solid compliance experience with a leading local or international law firm.
- Excellent English drafting skills are required as well as fluent Mandarin Chinese. REF: 16909/VTA
