Leading US firm is looking to hire a professional support lawyer for their Hong Kong corporate practice. You will work closely with all members of the team from partners to junior associates to support the team in delivering an outstanding service to clients. ABLJ9060
Requirements
Whilst candidates do not need prior PSL experience they should have solid experience dealing with listed company transactions, including Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and SFC Takeovers Code matter.
