Job Description
An international law firm is looking to hire a corporate legal manager to be based in Shanghai. In this role, you will be focusing on a mix of HK IPO, overseas bonds and listing compliance matters. You will also have opportunity to manage a team. Successful candidates should have passed the PRC bar exam, and have gained at least 5 years’ corporate /capital markets experience from a leading PRC or an international law firm.
