Job Description
An international law firm is looking to hire a corporate associate into its Beijing office. In this role, you will focus on a mix of data privacy, regulatory compliance matters related to TMT and life science industries. You will also have the chance to work on M&A/corporate transactions assigned by partner when needed. Ref: ABLJ9069
Requirements
Successful candidates should have a PRC or overseas qualification, and need to have gained 3 -4 years’ solid experience obtained from a leading PRC or an international law firm. Native Mandarin and fluent English is essential.
