Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a driven corporate lawyer to join a top-tier team in China. Our client is one of the most respected law firms globally and is on the lookout for a Corporate Associate to join their highly respected team in Shanghai.
Requirements
Ideally, you will have at least 4 years’ PQE in a range of corporate work, specifically focusing on M&As and private equity or venture capital. A good team player with strong communication skills and the ability to manage and develop client relationships is preferred. Strong experience of working with high-end clients at a top-ranked firm in corporate transactions is highly desirable. You must have fluent written and oral English and Mandarin Chinese.
