Job Description
Are you a mid to senior-level Corporate Associate looking for a new challenge? Our client, a tier one corporate/M&A practice in China, is now looking for a self-motivated and commercially-focused Associate to join their Shanghai office. You will work closely with the leading partner on a range of corporate transactions, including cross-border M&A and FDIs, as well as general corporate matters.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be US/PRC/Common Law qualified and had have at least 4 years’ relevant PQE in the corporate department of a leading law firm.
- In addition, Hong Kong IPO experience and the ability to work independently and build relationships with people at all levels are valued attributes.
- Excellent command of written and verbal English and Mandarin Chinese are mandatory. REF: 16793/VTA
