Job Description

An award-winning international law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Corporate Associate to join a well-established and respected corporate team with high-quality work in Beijing. You will handle a broad array of corporate matters, including M&A and FDI.
Job Requirements
- Ideally, you have 3-5 years’ PQE with leading PRC and international law firms, plus a background in general corporate, M&A, or FDI, and are prepared to work in a fast-paced and international platform.
- An LLB is mandatory; an extra LLM/JD is highly desirable.
