Job Description
Our client, an international law firm with a strong presence in China, is looking for a mid to senior-level associate to join their well-established corporate team in Beijing. You will join one of the more dynamic names in the field and work on cross-border investments and M&A across various sectors.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer who has at least 3-5 years’ PQE in private equity or venture capital and M&A transactions. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. REF: 16395/VTA
