Job Description
This AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a Mid to Senior-level Corporate Associate to supplement its expanding practice in Singapore. You will be expected to advise on a broad range of cross-border and domestic M&A transactions and projects, in a wide range of sectors, including energy, fintech, healthcare, real estate, and TMT across Southeast Asia.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be Singapore qualified with 3-5 years’ PQE in cross-border deal experience with reputable law firms. Legal consultants (foreign qualified) with relevant regional experience are welcome to apply. REF: 16333/VTA
