Job Description
Our client, a Magic Circle law firm, is adding a corporate lawyer to further enhance their offering within the China market. You will work under the guidance of leading partners advising large Chinese state-owned enterprises, investment funds, and MNCs on a broad range of corporate transactions, including cross-border M&A, joint ventures, strategic investment, and capital markets deals.
