Our client, a Greater China Corporate powerhouse, is looking to hire a Junior to Mid-level Associate with 2-5 years’ experience in public M&A to join their Hong Kong office.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with advisory experience of public M&A and Hong Kong-listed entities, good international law firm training, and a commitment to excellence. New York State or PRC Bar is required. You must have fluent English and Chinese skills for the role. REF: 16461/VTA
