Job Description
This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercial dispute lawyer to join one of the market-leading offshore law firms’ litigation team on the most high-profile and complex matters for blue-chip international clients in Hong Kong. The role will cover a wide range of commercial litigation, restructuring, and insolvency matters from Asia involving BVI and Cayman Islands entities, structures, and issues.
Requirements
Candidates should be England & Wales-qualified with fluent Chinese language skills plus over 5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation, insolvency or restructuring work with top-tier law firms in Ireland, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore. REF: 16328/VTA
