Clifford Chance partner Mark Hyde will move to Hong Kong to lead the firm’s finance practice and also its restructuring and insolvency practice in the region from 1 March 2013.
Hyde is currently the global head of restructuring and insolvency at Clifford Chance in London.
Hyde told China Business Law Journal: “I would be the first to acknowledge that the restructuring and insolvency market has in Hong Kong been relatively quiet of late.”
