Two specialists in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer employment, pensions and benefits (EPB) practice in the UK have moved to Hong Kong to bolster the firm’s practice in Asia.
Partner Kathleen Healy and senior associate Holly Insley recently relocated from London and will take responsibility for broadening Freshfields’ EPB service.
Healy told China Business Law Journal she finds the Asian market “very exciting” from a labour law perspective, and sees China as critical to the growth of the firm’s practice.
