Introduction

Zhang Xin provides legal services to Chinese and international clients in relation to banking and finance, debt capital markets, infrastructure projects and resolution of cross-border disputes. He has represented many Chinese and global banks, international financial institutions and export credit agencies active in the market and advised on syndicated loans, real-estate loans, trade financing and bond offerings (including Panda Bonds from foreign issuers in China and overseas bonds from Chinese issuers). He offers full legal support to investments in, and financings of, overseas infrastructure projects by domestic enterprises and banks in the energy, chemical, mineral resources and project construction sectors. Zhang also acts for Chinese and foreign clients in resolving cross-border disputes before Chinese and non-Chinese courts and arbitration tribunals, with an expertise in handling matters involving investment disputes, asset management and derivative products, financial leasing, international trade in goods and vessels.
