Introduction

Zheng Wei is the founder and chief partner of Astrolegal Law Firm.

Zheng developed unique and diverse hands-on experience in the high-profile civil and commercial cases, and is especially well versed in dealing with disputes involving finance, corporate investment and equity. As a lawyer, Wei has represented many cases which were collected in the Supreme People’s Court (SPC)’s guiding books on judicial business like Gazette of SPC and Reference and Guide to Commercial Trials. Zheng has established and improved visualization technology in the field of dispute resolution, which is highly instrumental in providing efficient and excellent legal services for clients, and has assisted many high people’s courts across the country to optimize their working methods.

As a legal service provider,Wei has great experience and knowledge of helping traditional enterprise go through digital transformation, and  has made in-depth study of litigation risks and response approaches therein.

Zheng currently serves as the director of Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association and the deputy secretary general of the Young Lawyers Working Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association. At the same time, Zheng Wei is also a joint tutor of the Master of Laws of China University of Political Science and Law, and a researcher of the Internet Governance Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law.
