Zhao has abundant experience in fund formation, private equity and venture capital, wealth management and general corporate law and has played a leading role in many influential projects. He has represented China Life Investment Management Co. Ltd., Softbank Venture Asia, CBRE, Blackstone, China Renaissance, 3E Capital, Meridian Capital, CICC Capital and other well-known domestic and  foreign PE and VC institutions in the formation of hundreds of investment funds and their investments in TMT, medical biology, high-end manufacturing, the consumer sector, artificial intelligence and other industries. Steven advised Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. on its wealth management business in China.
