Introduction
Qian Xin, a core member of Joint-win Partners, currently serves as the senior partner and director of the Risk Control Committee. Since he commenced practice in 2012, he has invested most of his energy into his business. Currently, he is a professional in the finance law sector, specialising in banking, trust, private equity fund, asset management and non-performing asset disposal. He provides effective and quality legal services to clients, which display ways of thinking from multiple perspectives and risk prevention. Qian has taken on projects for financial institutions including non-performing asset disposal, full-process service of trust plans, securitisation of credit assets, equity investment and so on. He has worked on the non-performing asset disposal of stock-pledged repurchase transactions of Huarong Securities, of which the subject matter approached CNY300 million; he has also acted for the industry fund project of Sinopharm CICC and the Bank of Nanjing Company Limited Shanghai Branch, and the buyout fund project of Runda Medical.
