Introduction

Frank Lin is a partner at Guantao’s Beijing office. He has 15 years of experience in private practice and as in-house counsel. He advises a wide range of companies on incorporation, financing, equity incentives, technology transactions, investment, risk management and general corporate matters, from e-commerce to consumer products, enterprise software, AI, robotics and aerospace. In addition, Lin is experienced in representing various Chinese and international investors in their investments, including joint ventures and M&A.

Prior to joining Guantao, Lin served as Legal Director at Chehaoduo and corporate counsel at Cisco, and worked at leading PRC and international law firms.

Lin obtained a Juris Master’s degree from Peking University Law School and an LLM degree from Stanford Law School.
