Introduction

Zhang Meina graduated from the School of Law at Jilin University in 2007 with a Master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law. She has been practising law for more than 10 years. Zhang mainly engages in the securities market and financial-related legal services, and has cultivated a multi-angle thinking model of law, finance, taxation and business, as well as holding comprehensive knowledge of law, finance and securities.

Over the years, Zhang has been deeply engaged in securitisation, structured financing, equity and debt investment, and providing legal services for hundreds of various investment and financing projects, many of which have great influence in the industry. Her clients include leading institutions in the financial industry such as banks, securities and trusts, as well as national funds, funds of central enterprises, market-oriented funds and asset management companies.

Zhang has rich project experience in structural design, fundraising and product issuance, as well as due diligence, investment, post-investment management, and exit of investment. She is able to help clients solve difficult problems in the complex legal and regulatory environment.
