Introduction

Shi Cheng received his LLB from the School of International Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, and joined Llinks Law Offices in 2008. Shi has been practising for more than 12 years.

Shi’s practice focuses on private equity/venture capital, M&A, corporate and foreign direct investment, and fund formation, and he has extensive experience advising on complex deal structures and capital reorganisations, which have benefitted from his thorough understanding of relevant industry policies and field practice.

Shi has advised a wide range of clients including domestic and international investment funds, multinational companies, listed companies, start-ups and growth companies, all spread over a wide range of industries including investment, high tech, chemical engineering, education, healthcare, media, telecoms, internet, environmental protection, retail and consumer, etc.

Shi has been recognised by various ranking institutions in the legal industry, including:
