Introduction

Michelle Zhong, a law graduate from Peking University, has rich legal experience and outstanding performances in the fields of corporate mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, as well as dispute resolutions.

She has provided legal services to many financial institutions, listed companies, state-owned enterprises and industrial groups, including CR Cement (Stock code: 01313.HK), China Orient Asset Management, China Cinda Asset Management, Sichuan Trust, Citic M&A Fund Management, Minsheng E-commerce, China Jinggong (parent of listed Jinggong Steel Building Group [600496], Jinggong Science & Technology [002006], Kuaijishan Shaoxing Wine [601579] and JiaoZuo WanFang [000612), among others. Zhong is currently legal counsel for many industrial groups, real estate companies, technology and internet companies, investment companies, funds companies, and securities companies, and is in charge of special legal services involving M&As, restructurings, reforms, investment and financing, commercial and financial litigation cases, and corporate compliance.
