Work experience

Michael Liu, who graduated from a top law school in China, has been working as a full-time lawyer for 20 years and has experience in numerous non-litigation and litigation cases. Among his published works are A Research on the Rational Market Economy and the Protection of Chinese Private Capital (Law Press), Commercial Contract Risks and Preventions (Law Press), Litigation Guidelines for Citizens (Law Press), etc. He also has had articles published in journals like Xinhua Digest, Legal Abstracts, Learning & Exploring, Academic Exchange, among others. He is mainly engaged in corporations, securities, domestic M&As/overseas investments and financial legal practice and research. He has extensive experience in legal practice, providing legal services for large projects (energy, investment, construction, etc.).
