Introduction

Zhang Ying has more than 20 years of experience practicing Chinese law, focusing on corporate, M&A and private equity transactions. Since joining JunHe, Zhang has been involved in a number of high-profile M&A deals (both inbound and outbound), private equity transactions and general corporate matters, involving real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, high-tech, and the financial sector, etc.

Zhang was seconded to work with the legal department of Itochu Corporation in Tokyo, Japan (2004), and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York City (2011).

Before joining JunHe, Zhang worked with the legal department of a national financial institution in China.

Zhang graduated from Columbia Law School, and is qualified in both China and New York. She is a frequent speaker on Chinese law issues at international and national conferences.
