Introduction

Recognised as a Top 15 IP Lawyer in the PRC, Zhang Yinying is a veteran with more than 15 years of experience. She has handled a number of high-profile and first-of-its-kind cases. Hengdu’s IP team is highly specialised in IP litigation, as well as non-litigation services such as due diligence, non-standard essential patents (NSEPs), standard essential patents (SEPs), and freedom to operate (FTO).

Zhang contributed significantly in building up Hengdu as a full-service firm. Hengdu already has more than 550 legal and business professionals in 50 practice areas under five major departments: Capital market; corporate M&A; intellectual property; business & litigation; and criminal litigation. With 40 alliance firms and 20 offices in more than 40 major cities, Hengdu is capable of delivering one-stop services to clients all over the world. Zhang graduated in Peking University with a Master’s degree and studied European IP Law at the University of Strasbourg. He is fluent in English.
