Introduction

Wang Bo graduated from Peking University with an LLB and Bachelor of Economics. He started his career in 2003, joining a well-know, PRC law firm, and has practised for more than 18 years. Wang was awarded as one of the annual top 100 China’s Elite Lawyers by China Business Law Journal in 2016, 2017 and 2020, and PRC Top Lawyer and First-Tier for Health Care and Life Science Practices by LEGALBAND in 2019 and 2020.

Wang is a senior partner at Commerce & Finance Law Offices. His specialisations of capital operation, domestic and overseas listing, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions have endowed him with outstanding professional skills and rich hands-on experience. Wang played a pivotal role in more than 30 IPO and secondary offering projects, and more than 100 private equity investments and acquisitions. He also serves as legal counsel with more than 10 domestic and overseas listed corporations.

Heading the firm’s healthcare practices, Wang has made sterling accomplishments in the industry’s capital market-related businesses. As of now, more than 50% of successful healthcare and biotechnology-related IPO projects have seen Wang’s team’s dedicated participation, and representative examples include CR Medical (1515.HK), Jinxin Fertility (1951.HK), Hygeia (6078.HK), Innovent (1801.HK), CanSinoBIO (6185.HK), Alphamab (9966.HK), Akeso (9926.HK) and Innocare (9969.HK).
