Introduction

Lawyer Liu Jun is Senior Partner, Director of Business Committee and member of Management Committee of Tahota Law Firm. He has served as legal adviser to dozens of well-known real estate developers, and provided due diligence and legal services throughout the transactions of nearly one hundred M&A cases by offering and validating transaction plans, as well as contract drafting and negotiations. He has advised clients in hundreds of real estate development projects and property operating projects. He has worked as the person in charge of corporate bankruptcy and reorganization, and led in dealing with insolvency liquidation and reorganization. Liu Jun has accumulated extensive experience in representing hundreds of cases of litigation and arbitration. He has delivered satisfying results for clients in major litigation cases and retrieved significant financial losses. He was recognized by Sichuan Lawyers Association as a “Professional Lawyer in Construction and Real Estate Sector” in 2019, and co-authored the book entitled Difficult Legal Problems and Judgement Options of Commercial Housing Sales (Law Press·China) in 2020.
