Introduction

Fu Qiang is a senior partner of Tahota Law Firm, and also deputy director of the Sichuan Lawyer Association’s disciplinary committee, and deputy director of the Chengdu Lawyer Association’s disciplinary committee.

Fu has practised in China for more than 10 years, and has extensive practical experience in the dispute resolution sector, with deep insight into the judicial and execution process under PRC law. He has handled more than 400 civil litigations. He also has extensive experience in M&A and Corporate Regulatory, and has participated in more than 40 M&A and reorganisation projects. In the field of corporate compliance Fu has been providing long-term legal services for large and medium-sized state-owned companies for years.

In 2019, Fu was officially recognised as a professional lawyer in corporate law by the Sichuan Lawyer Association, and was appointed as a member of the Think Tank of Sichuan Commercial Investment Group.
