Zheng Xiaodong has extensive experience in areas of capital markets (including overseas IPO), mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, private equity and venture capital, commercial dispute resolution and corporate compliance. Zheng has represented multinational corporations, state-owned companies and large private companies.

Zheng is the managing partner of JT&N and has continuously been recognized by many international renowned legal magazines, including Chambers and Partners Asia, The Legal 500, IFLR 1000, ALB, Asia Law, as leading lawyers in the areas of capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
